cancellation policy.

ALL rentals that qualify for a refund or store credit will be deducted a $15 admin fee due to our website platform Shopify's processing fees.

RWSB offers a 24 hour cancellation window, from the time stamp placed on the order.

You must be in contact with us via email: info@rentingwithsb.com within this 24 hour time frame to qualify for a full refund (minus a $15 admin fee). This is subject to the order not already been packed/picked up by courier/ or picked up by the customer. NO refunds are issued in these circumstances OR if cancellation is within 14 days or less of your event.

Cancellations made outside of the 24 hour window will be:

1. Made available to other customers for the said date, if another customer is to book in this rental for the SAME said date you will be issued a full refund of the price paid (minus the $15 admin fee).

2. If the rental is not booked in by another customer for the SAME said date you will only be eligible for a store credit for the price of the booking paid (minus the $15 admin fee).

You will be contacted about the outcome of your booking, either; refund or store credit, 1-2 business days after the booked in date of your cancelled rental.

Example: Eli has booked in the Bec and Bridge Cedar Maxi dress for the 20th of July for $50, she is wanting to cancel her booking but is outside of the 24 hour time frame. She has emailed us explaining she is wanting to cancel.

We open up the Bec and Bridge Cedar Maxi dress booking for the 20th of July so other customers have the opportunity to book this in, IF another customer books this rental in for the 20th of July, Eli gets a refund for her booking of $35 (minus the $15 admin fee). IF the date surpasses, Eli will be issued a store credit for the price of the rental paid of $35 (minus the $15 admin fee). 

 

SWAPPING RENTALS:

We are more than happy to swap your rental you have booked in over to another rental that may be more suitable for your event. Please give us plenty of notice and it will depend on the availability of the swapped rental. No later than 1 week out from your event can you swap. $10 to swap your rental over to another at any point.
