SHIPPING POLICY WITH RWSB

All rentals booked with RWSB via postal + return method are posted at the customers own risk. Once your rental has left the premises of the business it is then the service of the courier company, in this case; 'NZ Post' to get this item to you. RWSB has no control over the post and any delays your parcel may incur on its way to your location. RWSB is not responsible for items that do not arrive in time for your event. Please take all enquiries with your parcel up with NZ Post on 0800 501 501.

All rentals are sent with overnight courier 1-4 days before your event (depending on when the customers books their rental). RWSB does not hold any liability to NZ Post's service, Nz Post is an add on service of RWSB but it is not apart of RWSB's business, therefore cannot control any outcomes of said parcels issues. All rentals are sent on Monday - Wednesday the week of the customers event, and Thursday - Friday for early mid week events. If a customer books a rental on a Thursday for the weekend ahead, this is sent at the customers own risk. Leaving only 1 working day for this item to arrive.

All customers are to be aware of the risk of ordering a postal rental. All rentals that are not posted back the next working day after the weekend (Monday) or any working day after a mid week event are charged $20 per late day this is not sent, and $25 per late day after a public holiday weekend. All of the above + more is stated in RWSB's terms and conditions, which can be read upon prior to the customer renting the item and they then agree to this before making the purchase at checkout.
