Every RWSB rental is given a condition rating so you know exactly what to expect when your dress arrives.

Please remember that you are renting our garments, not purchasing them as brand-new items.
Once a garment has been rented for the first time, it is considered a pre-loved rental garment and may show minor signs of previous wear. This is part of the nature of designer dress rental.
We carefully assess every garment and provide a condition rating so you can make an informed decision before booking.
If you are looking for a garment in brand-new, never-worn condition, we recommend that rental may not be the right option for you.

All known flaws will be clearly stated in the rental listing, and the rental will be heavily discounted to reflect its condition.
