Friday, Saturday, Sunday Events

Book from Thursday through to Monday - All postal rentals are returned on Monday by 3.30pm. Local renters by EOD Monday.

E.g. If my event is on Friday, I will book from Thursday to Monday and return my rental on Monday.

All postal rentals for weekend events are sent on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

If you need your rental prior to Friday due to travel, please follow the 'Thursday Event' instructions below.

Thursday Events

Book from Wednesday through to Monday. All postals are returned on Monday by 3.30pm. Local renters by EOD Monday.

E.g. If my event is on Thursday, I will book from Wednesday to Monday and return my rental on Monday.

All postal rentals for Thursday events are sent on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Beginning Week Events

Postal: Book from Saturday through to TWO working days after your event. When checking out, please include a note stating what day your event is.

E.g. If my event is on a Tuesday and I need it posted, I will select Saturday until Thursday (2 working days after event day) and leave a note at checkout "Tuesday event".

Local: Book from Saturday through to ONE working day after your event. When checking out, please include a note stating what day your event is.

E.g. If my event is on a Tuesday and I am picking up in store, I will select Saturday until Wednesday (1 working day after event day) and leave a note at checkout "Tuesday event".

The additional day for postal orders is to allow for the duration of the return back to us in store. All postals for beginning week events are posted Friday the week before.

Extended Rentals.

Extended = Rentals booked for more than 4 days.

If you are needing a rental for travelling, you may book an extended rental. An extended rental is half the price of the original price of the rental per week the rental is booked.

E.G. If your rental is $50 and you have booked it from the 6th of July until the 20th of July, this is over two additional weekends, adding $25 to your rental cost per weekend. The total would then be $100 for this period.

XMAS/NY Extended Rental Period.

All rentals booked in the RWSB shut down period over Christmas & New Years will automatically be extended. You do not need to return your rental until RWSB opens again in the new year.
