Do you offer any discount codes? Yes, we offer code 'BACKUP' for 25% OFF your second rental IF booked in for the same date.

 

Do you do postal try ons? - No, unfortunately at this stage rwsb does not offer any postal try ons. We are happy to help explain the size and fit of any rental you need, as well as provide customer photos of videos, OR you can book the rental in for the next available date and we can credit you for the rental for the date your event is.

 

Do you offer extended rentals or can we take them overseas? Yes, you can take our rentals with you overseas. We already have an 8 day rental setting to click on the website but if the duration is longer than that please email us: info@rentingwithsb.com to discuss a longer hire duration.

 

What does it mean when you say size M fits sizes 8-12 on the website? This means that the dress is either of a stretchy material or versatile with sizing. with a stretchy material dress this can usually fit around 3 sizes, with the smaller size the material is going to be a bit looser and the larger size the fit is going to be tighter. 

 

When i come to try on in store, can i take the rental with me if im wanting to book it for that weekend after i finish my session? Yes and no. if your try on day is early in the week i ask that you come back and pick up your rental on my pick up day (Thursday) as this allows other girls who may want to try this rental a chance to still try it on for a future date they may have. If your try on session is on Wednesday night or Thursday morning you can more than likely take the rental with you then as this is later in the week.

 

When do rentals get posted? ALL rentals are posted for the weekend on a Monday - Wednesday with overnight courier. both days of posting ensure that your rental will arrive to you on time before the weekend. your tracking number will be sent to your email once posted - be sure to check junk emails.

 

I cant find my tracking number? Please make sure to always check all email inboxes including junk emails as sometimes this is where they end up. your tracking number is automatically sent to you once it has been collected from our business.

 

I cant find the 15% off code? This may be because you have already exited out of the sign up email pop up. you will need to open the home page on another device for this to pop up again to receive the discount code.

 

How long does my credit last? - 6 months from issued date.

 

What if i dont use my whole credit in one go? - thats okay you can use the remaining credit on any future purchases, until it runs out.

 

What if my rental arrives and i dont like it or fit it? Unfortunately this does not result in a refund or credit. It is best to ask as many questions regarding size and fit beforehand and checking the websites size guides. Return your rental the next working day if you are no longer going to use it. Please let us know as soon as possible, so we can arrange another rental for you to arrive before your event
