Want to visit us in store? We love having you in and are here to help you find the perfect rental. Here's everything you need to know about our try-on service.

SATURDAY & AFTER-HOURS TRY-ONS

Saturday try-ons are by appointment only. There are no walk-in try-ons available on Saturdays.

Saturday and after-hours try-ons can be booked through Fresha using the link below.

$25 redeemable try-on fee applies.

WALK-IN TRY-ONS

During our regular store hours, no appointment is required for a standard try-on.

A $10 redeemable walk-in try-on fee applies.

Please note that walk-ins are subject to availability and wait times cannot be guaranteed.

SCHOOL BALL TRY-ONS

During our regular store hours, school ball walk-in try-ons are subject to a $15 redeemable try-on fee.

We strongly recommend booking a fitting room in advance to guarantee a 1-hour fitting room slot, particularly during busy school ball periods.

Walk-in customers may experience wait times depending on how busy the store is.

Please note: Walk-in and booked try-on fees are different.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • A one hour stylist assisted appointment.

  • There is no limit to the number of rentals you can try.

  • A maximum of 6 rentals may be taken into the fitting room at one time.

  • If you have specific rentals you would like to try, please contact us beforehand so we can confirm their availability.

  • If you're having trouble deciding and would like to go away and think about your rental, we can provide you with a $10 discount code towards your next booking.

TRY-ON FEES

All try-on fees are redeemable towards a rental booking, subject to the applicable terms.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR HOLIDAY HOURS

RENTING WITH SB ONLINE AND OUR PHYSICAL STORE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 19 DECEMBER TO 7 JANUARY.

Orders placed during this period will be sent prior to our closure where possible and will be automatically extended until 5 January.

SUMMER STORE HOURS

From 8 January onwards, our store hours will be reduced for the summer period.

Saturday opening hours will be temporarily unavailable from 8 January until the beginning of March, subject to change.
